- **Platform modernization:** Modernized 30+ interdependent solutions from .NET 8 to .NET 10 in about one month. That modernization is live across multiple client environments.
- **Agentic engineering:** Curated 20+ reusable skill packages and 27 helper scripts, with installation, restoration and secret-exclusion controls.
- **Performance and reliability:** Cut average bill-generation time from 80 to 40 minutes in comparable staging runs; the deadlocks and process failures seen before did not recur.
