## Build the system around the software.

I care about both the software and the system around it: product code, delivery paths, platform tooling, quality and the feedback loops that help teams change software with confidence.

## Background

My foundation is C# and .NET. I built it across more than seven years at Vanrise, starting as an intern, moving from Software Engineer to Senior Software Engineer, and acting as lead for a four-developer team. I now apply that foundation at BigHand and Prepify.

I've led delivery, mentored engineers and built structured development programs. I try to make ownership clear, handovers usable and complex systems understandable to the next person.

I treat agentic engineering as a software discipline, not a novelty: clear instructions, scoped automation, human judgment, review gates, recovery paths and evidence that the work was actually verified.
